payment via paypal / pryvat24, 25% pre-payment and after sketch approvement other 75%
i'll wait for payment for 72 hours before canceling commision, if you didn't tell me about the delay in payment before
no refunds after the rough sketch is approved
i won't ask for the payment until i'm ready to start the commission very soon
the major changes are free in the sketch process without add'l charge. i won't accept changes on the rendering proccess if it's not me who forgot something
